Before You Pause or Cancel, Please Read:
We’re happy to help you take a break when needed, but here’s what you need to know:
Pausing Your Membership:
When you pause, you’ll choose a restart date.
Your membership will automatically restart on that date. No extra steps.
The restart date must match the same day of the month you originally signed up. *Example: If your billing date is the 4th, we can only restart on the 4th of the month.
Our system is locked into your original billing date. We can’t manually adjust it.
If you need a different return date, you’ll need to cancel and re-enroll later.
Canceling Your Membership:
Canceling means your membership will end immediately.
If you return later, you’ll need to re-sign up, and your current rate may no longer apply.
